This course discusses an approach to the care of older adults with multi-morbidity that considers patients priorities and preferences across their multiple conditions. The importance of comprehensive geriatric assessment to develop patient-centered and individualized goals and interventions is stressed. Strategies for exercise and activity interventions for older adults with multi-morbidity are presented.

  4. Determine appropriate exercise and activity interventions to prevent and treat mobility disability in older adults.
