A certificate of attendance for contact hours of educational activity (e.g., 5 contact hours, 5 CEUs or 0.5 CEUs depending how your Practice Act determines CEUs in your state) will be awarded to registrants upon completion of a course. You are responsible to make sure that the course you wish to take is approved by your state CEU authority. Check our CEU Approvals for Online Courses  for information about approvals in your state. Once I have completed an online course, will I be able to return to review parts of the course or does it not allow me to re-enter?

Once you have purchased a course, you have unlimited access. You may stop and start and rewind as often as you wish. That’s one of the advantages of online education. The course will remain in your cart, and you are free to review the content at any time for the life of the course. However, continuing education credit is only available for the year in which you purchase a course.

What is required to complete an online course and receive my course certificate?

To receive a course completion certificate, you must complete the entire course, including the pretest, post-test, videos, and course evaluation.

A passing score of 80% or higher is required on the final exam before you may download the course completion certificate. Scores of less than 80%% indicate a failure to understand the material and the test will need to be taken again until a passing score has been achieved.

What is your refund policy?

Enrolling in a Great Seminars Online course allows you full access to the course content until the course is retired (no longer offered). Refunds are not provided. Courses may not be approved in every state.  If you need courses that are approved for CEUs in your state, be sure to review our STATE CEU APPROVALS page.
