1 Repetition Maximum Strengthening – the Secret of My Success

This course will teach you everything you need to know about the secret of my success; one repetition strength training. Proper strength training principles will do for those that are older what proper strength training does for younger athletes.  Proper strength training NEEDS to be done with our patients and this course will teach you how to do it effectively and efficiently.
