Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Select appropriate functional measurements to perform clinical evaluations based on patient goals and limitations for home health and long-term care facilities.
- Defend the purpose of each measurement for better patient and caregiver understanding and carryover in simple terms.
- Choose techniques to encourage better communication and motivate participation between therapist, patient, caregivers and assistants.
- Assemble adequate references for measurements and treatment rationale.
- Construct measurement and treatment option to prove understanding, reinforce carryover for patient care and show confidence in delivery.
- Create a brief but appropriate Occupational Profile.
EDUCATIONAL CREDIT: A certificate of attendance for 3 contact hours of educational activity (20 CEUs or 2.0 CEUs depending on how your Practice Act determines CEUs in your state) will be awarded to registrants upon completion of the Live Webinar.

A post-test will be given at the end of the Webinar. A post-test score of 75% or more is considered passing.
